Meltdown/Spectre & GTmetrix: How patched servers affected us – and potentially you.
On December 28th, 2017, our test servers were patched to protect against Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities. Upon reboot, we noticed an increase in job runtime – roughly a 10% increase to the norm.

In this release, major changes include upgrading Chrome and Firefox and also adding the First Contentful Paint timing.
